Meet the Team

We are a small group practice dedicated to supporting our clients with a blend of compassion and clinical skills you need to move your life in the right direction.

Chris Steele, LPAC, LPAT, ATR, CHT

“Therapy is hard, trauma work is hard. My style of therapy is working on the hard stuff and making it light, maybe even fun. Let’s do this”

When life gets dark, it is hard to see the light. All it takes is one step to begin to find your way again. At the core of my practice is support, trust, and the inherent worthiness of each individual. I walk beside you offering my encouragement, support and knowledge on your path to healing, connection and wellness. Though I work with many of life’s difficulties my focus is generally in working with adults who have trouble with stress, anxiety, fear, rejection, the feeling of "not enough", depression, sadness, life transitions, self-esteem, understanding and being understood.

It takes courage to take that first step to counseling. I look forward to working alongside you to find greater healing and health, and most of all, you.

Bethany Ghattas, LPCC

“I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, substance use issues, and identity and gender issues. I provide a safe and confidential space for clients to feel comfortable and improve their daily lives"

I view therapy as a collaborative process rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. You don’t need to come into therapy knowing exactly what’s wrong or what needs to change. My role is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, recognize patterns that may be contributing to feeling stuck, and identify meaningful ways to move forward.

I particularly enjoy working with people who spend a lot of time in their heads, place high expectations on themselves, or find themselves thinking, “I understand why I do this, so why can’t I change it?” Therapy with me includes space for deeper exploration and insight, while also focusing on practical strategies that can translate into everyday life.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
